Founder, HM Accounting Services, LLC

With a strong passion for numbers, problem‑solving, and helping others, I bring eight years of hands‑on accounting experience to the clients I serve. My journey began at Ramapo College, where I earned my BA in Accounting and discovered my love for the field through my first Accounting 101 course. Since then, I’ve worked in both boutique and mid‑size accounting firms, gaining valuable experience in audit, client service, and the financial challenges small businesses face every day.

Clients appreciate my personable approach, honesty, and strong communication skills. I pride myself on being responsive, respectful, and willing to go above and beyond to support the people I work with. My philosophy is simple: I’m not here for a quick transaction — I’m here to build long‑term relationships, create solid accounting foundations, and help business owners grow with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time with family, being the “fun uncle,” riding motorcycles, going to the beach, and playing just about any sport. My family keeps me grounded and motivated, and that same sense of loyalty and care is what I bring to every client relationship.

I founded HM Accounting Services, LLC to expand beyond public accounting and create a space where clients feel respected, supported, and understood. My goal is to make bookkeeping and payroll seamless while offering guidance that helps businesses thrive. As the firm grows, I hope to build a strong community of clients and eventually give back through local events and fundraising efforts.
